Job Description

Answer customer email/chats as needed as per standard turnaround time.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Ensure that the customer satisfaction and quality assurance scores are excellent.
Work with project manager for any task related to the project.
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups on projects.
Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
